这是我们第一次入住Super hotel,感觉不错，我们8天的行程，住了这里五天，而且有温泉浸，可以将一天的疲劳去掉！

离地铁口不远，附近吃饭的地方也多，价格不贵很有性价比，关键是酒店有泡汤，这真是不错，没有吸烟房这点对抽烟的人不太友好。

交通与地点
? 距离池袋站约步行8–10分钟，位于北口，环境相对安静，闹中取静。
? 附近有 全家便利店、AEON超市、7-11，生活机能非常方便。
房间与设施
? 房间空间偏小，单人入住刚好，家庭或携带大件行李可能略显拥挤。
? 床与枕头偏硬，但一楼可借用不同款式的枕头，算是贴心设计。
? 隔音一般
大浴场与温泉
? 大浴场是最大亮点，适合一天走累后泡澡放松，对舒缓脚酸特别有效。
? 服务态度普遍良好，前台人员亲切。
? 整洁度佳，房间乾净，公共空间维护良好。

位置方便，前台员工态度良好，如果没有用牙膏牙刷，可交到前台换取零食，如不用清洁房间，就会送支装水，整体可以，下次会继续入住

第二次入住了 这次入住4晚 有个小哥会讲中文很好沟通，前台也有几位很漂亮，这家的温泉整晚都开放，每天夜晚在外面逛累了都会下去浸10分钟 很舒服

酒店位于池袋北口附近，从火车站北口出口行大概行6分钟就到达酒店。算是方便。酒店有大浴场。附近有矶丸水产店，24小时营业。但系我觉得，西口个间super hotel比较方便。

Great, free drinks bar from 5.30-9.30pm , public bath and free amenities.. cozy and customer service is great especially someone who can speak English. Special thanks to Sagun for her help at front desk. Help us out with luggage courier enquiry and helped us to check buses to Narita Airport.
To improve- toilet in room has strong odour and lack of ventilation.

Overall, I was quite disappointed with my stay. The hotel did not feel very clean, which was surprising for a hotel in Japan. When we entered the room, the air felt stuffy and uncomfortable, and sleeping on the bed caused some itchiness, possibly due to dust/ dust mites. We requested a room change once.
The service was also below expectations. Housekeeping did not seem very attentive, which affected our overall experience.
The only positive aspect of the hotel was the complimentary bar, where drinks were available throughout the stay.

Good location with many restaurants near by and a 24 hour Don Quijote with in 4mins walk from the hotel. Staff were nice and helpful. Also, lots of shopping malls within the Ikebukuro Station. Included all the amenities within the lobby which you can pickup yourself, and a free drink machine at the lobby as well. Would stay again if near the area. Distance to the subway station is reasonable around 10 minutes walk.

地理位置方便，周边吃喝和逛街也很多，就算是晚上10点，街上也很热闹。大堂有不同的用品刚才用，晚上也有免费饮品；有浴场，虽然不大，但步行一天后的确可以放松。
